Preparation: Heat frozen gyoza in a pan with a little oil over a medium heat. Fry the gyoza for approx. 3-4 mins. Add 1 dl water (mix with half a teaspoon of cornflour for an extra crispy base), close the lid and leave to steam for approx. 7 mins. Then fry for approx. 1-2 min (depending on your preference).
