Momotime tips: How to easily make Steam Paper by yourself

When preparing the Momos, you put the baking paper in your bamboo steamer. Learn here how you can easily prepare it yourself.

To prevent your momos from sticking during preparation in the bamboo steamer, we recommend using steam paper. You can cut your own steam paper with conventional baking paper. For this you can proceed as with a scissor cut. Fold the baking paper 3-4 times in the middle and poke a few holes with a paper punch. Done.
